My topic
The experience that I once worked in the broadcast station

1. How relevant will the audience find this material to be?

Most people have the experience of listening to broadcast shows. However, there are not many people work in the broadcast station. Djs are always the mystery jobs for people who don't really know this job which requires specific skills.

2.   How can I make it easier for audience members to comprehend the information I will share?

First I would ask a simple question to raise every listener's interest. And share my experience with daily-life language.

3.   What common ground do audience members share with each other and with me?

Broadcasting played an important role when television sets were not common. Even now, broadcasting still accompanies students and drivers when they are studying and driving. However, people now do notice the problems this career facing. There are fewer elite people devote themselves into this job.

4.   What can I do to enhance my credibility?

The examples I tell my audience are all my experience and they are all true.

5.    What is my audience's initial attitude toward my speech topic likely to be?

They may be a little interested in broadcasting, but they may not exactly know what DJ really doing.

6.     What language or culture differences do audience members have with each other and with me?

Probably there is no culture difference between the audience and me for we all have the experience of listening to the radio. If there do have the barriers, I would try my best to raise their attention to the problems the broadcasting career is facing.

Introduction

This is the experience I worked in Kaohsiung Broadcast Station as an intern.

Thesis statement

Working as a DJ is not totally a fun job because it requires a lot of skills.

Body

I. I worked in a broadcast station for one year.

A. I was elected in a campus election, and since that time I worked in the station. And as worked in the station for more time, I found the job can't be done just for fun.

B. I gradually understand broadcasting is facing a problem - being short of talented people who are willing to engage in this job.

II. We need to put emphasis on these problems. Even these problems are not big enough to make the whole society upside down; they are the main reasons to make those good voices not be heard by the audience.

Conclusion

I love broadcasting for it is a fantastic job. I still miss those days. It was the time taught me how to cooperate with others, and it also provided me a chance to be lectured by a real DJ and she got the Golden Bell this year.

II. There are fewer professional DJs in Taiwan for it is futureless to be a DJ. Most of them who stay in the studio have to do part time job for living. I hope one day the situation would be better and makes every beautiful voice be heard by the audience.
